Transit has created an exciting opportunity for you and your sixth-grade son. On Friday, October 13, we will be hosting a father-son overnight camping trip. The purpose of this time together is to provide you and your son with an opportunity to connect in a unique environment and to help you get to know your son’s small group leaders and other dads in the group.

  • Starts: Friday, October 13, 7:00 p.m. (Campsite will be open at 5:00 p.m.)
  • Ends: Saturday, October 14, 9:00 a.m. (You’ll be able to get back for college football.)
  • Location:
    Shady Grove Campground
    7800 Shadburn Ferry Rd,
    Cumming, GA 30041
  • Cost: $15.00 per father/son pair (includes campsite fee, drinks, and snacks)

*If there is not a father present in the student’s life, an uncle, brother, or another positive male influence is encouraged to join the student.
