You’ve heard about life on the Reservations in textbooks, documentaries, and the news. Now you have a chance to experience it yourself! This team will be traveling to the Navajo Reservation in Chinle, Arizona (population: 4,500), and spending a week serving alongside Memorial Baptist Church. The congregation is growing, and averages between 35–50 members on a Sunday.
The congregation has expressed a real need in working on the homes of people in the community, which are falling apart. In addition to a week on the reservation, this team will take an adventure day to the Grand Canyon. If you want a cross cultural experience, filled with a ton of spectacular scenery—without the need for a passport—this trip is for you!
